Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)Location: Texas Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year + full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMJob Summary: We're hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide structured, evidence-based therapy through a fully remote platform. In this role, you'll work directly with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your day-to-day work will involve assessing client needs, building treatment plans, and guiding clients through measurable progress—all within a consistent weekday schedule.Responsibilities:Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platformsPerform initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationMonitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as neededEnsure compliance with ethical and legal standards
