Qualified candidate must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). We empower our therapists to practice at the top of their license with the support of our clinical care team, while reaching patients within their communities.What Our Mental Health Therapists Find At Minute Clinic:Autonomy to build and grow the Minute Clinic practice without the burden payor contracting, credentialing, and billing.Opportunities to provide psychosocial support and education needed to address the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples/families ages 13+.Evidence-based care and access to assessment and treatment planning tools to elevate and support the continuity of care for patients.Career growth and professional development within the organization.In-depth training, development, and support.Required Qualifications- Current, active, and unencumbered State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Will be required to obtain licenses to practice in multiple states based on business needs.- Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills leveraging evidence-based methodologies including but not limited to motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapyPreferred Qualifications- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills- Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery- Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health- Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and engaging on multiple platforms- Demonstrated understanding of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare billing requirements- Evidence of strong crisis intervention skills- Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital settingEducation- Completed Master's degree program from an accredited College or University.- Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California and/or Washington state.Bring your heart to CVS Health!Every one of us at CVS Health shares a single, clear purpose: Bringing our heart to every moment of your health. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
