Beach Club General Manager

Job Description The base salary range for this position is $100K - $110K + 15-18% annual bonus potential. As the Beach Club General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day activities of our pool and beach areas, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure smooth functioning of pool and beach areas. Develop departmental budgets, control costs (labor, food, beverage), and analyze financial reports to maximize profitability. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and heartfelt customer service. Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor frontline and management staff to deliver consistent, heartfelt care. Oversee a team, providing leadership, training, and ongoing development. Implement and monitor pool and beachside services, including food and beverage offerings. Coordinate and execute Beach Club Activities and Beach Club related Food and Beverage offerings or activations. Qualifications Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. High School Diploma preferred. Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing extensive pool and beach operations. CPR and First Aid certification required. Blue Card certification. Food Handling Safety Certification. Extensive beverage knowledge in wines and spirits required. Experience Prefer over 3 years working for a luxury brand hotel. 3+ years working in a food and beverage operation.
