Your primary duties will include: Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining large volumes of data into our company databases and computer systems. Reviewing data for errors, inconsistencies, or deficiencies and correcting any incompatibilities. Organising and sorting information to ensure data is easily accessible and retrievable. Generating reports and extracting data for various departments upon request. Upholding strict confidentiality and data protection standards at all times. Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Key qualifications include: Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role. Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and a high level of computer literacy. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently and meet deadlines without direct supervision. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
