Four Seasons Hotel Miami is an urban oasis nestled in the residential side of Brickell surrounded by Miami's favorite neighborhoods. The Hotel offers a relaxing two-acre pool terrace, Equinox Fitness Center & Spa, multi-million dollar art collection, an award winning steakhouse - EDGE Steak & Bar, and connects guests to Miami's most alluring and vibrant destinations recommended by in-house experts.
The Opportunity
- The position will assess the guest's needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.
- Offer guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
- Anticipate and service of guests' requirements before requests are necessary.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Ideal candidates will have at 1-2 years food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience.
- Reading and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have a strong F&B knowledge.
- Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
- Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours.
- Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
