Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA license required
• Fingerprint background clearance as part of credentialing process
• Previous experience in school settings or with youth populations preferred
• Strong communication and consultative skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a district team framework

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral consultation and support for multiple schools, assigned based on current needs
• Collaborate with the district office and on-site teams, responding to referrals and developing intervention strategies
• Participate in monthly consults with the Vanderbilt Triad program
• Use data-driven approaches to inform strategies and recommendations
• Utilize the district’s Help Desk system for guidance and support

This full-time contract position begins August 5, 2026, and extends through May 19, 2027, with a 7.5-hour workday tailored to school schedules (typically 8am–3:30pm), and 35 hours per week.
