Key Responsibilities\n

  • Deliver direct clinical services to clients experiencing severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses, both in-office and within the community.

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at supporting clients through their recovery process.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care, sharing important information with clients' families and other healthcare providers.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and interventions according to ethical and organizational standards.

  • Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

  • Participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions on improving service delivery and enhancing client outcomes.

  • Remain informed about best practices and current developments in the mental health field to ensure evidence-based approaches are utilized.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents who are dealing with major mental health challenges, including substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, and severe emotional disturbances. Your role will involve building trust and rapport with clients, providing them with empowerment tools to make informed choices about their treatment and recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  • Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective engagement with clients and team members.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, based on experience and qualifications.
