The licensed therapist role is designed to provide flexibility through remote work, allowing you to deliver services from the comfort of your home while maintaining an essential connection with the clinic and clients. Our full-time expectations are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, relational issues, and other psychological conditions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, incorporating therapeutic techniques that promote healing and personal growth.

• Provide ongoing counseling sessions through virtual platforms, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary based on client feedback and progress.

• Engage in continuous evaluation of clients’ progress, ensuring that treatment objectives are met and modifying interventions where needed.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate discussions and encourage shared experiences.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records and documentation, ensuring adherence to all legal and ethical guidelines within mental health practices.

Qualifications\n
