You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing client experiences, strengthening relationships with both clients and insurance carriers, and driving the success of the department. What You'll Do Client Relationship Management: Take the reins in managing a select group of high-profile Commercial Lines clients, providing exceptional service and proactive support. Efficiency Expert: Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, increase productivity, and improve departmental operations. Growth Driver: Help meet and exceed agency goals while contributing to a culture of success and performance excellence. Client Experience Champion: Continuously elevate the client service process to ensure an outstanding experience every step of the way. Carrier Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with insurance carriers to enhance service and coverage options. What We're Looking For Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Commercial Lines insurance, with a proven track record of success. Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license required. Tech Savvy: Experience with Applied Epic is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
