As we prepare to open our brand-new Goodwill store in Olean , we’re looking for friendly, dependable Donation Door Attendants to help create an outstanding first impression for our donors. You’ll play a key role in turning generosity into opportunity - supporting our mission while helping launch a brand-new location in the community. What You’ll Do Welcome donors with a positive, friendly attitude and offer tax receipts Collect, sort, and organize donations according to Goodwill standards Keep the donation area clean, safe, and well-organized Provide excellent customer service and support store operations as needed Who You Are Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision A strong communicator who takes pride in their work What You Bring Ability to assess the quality and condition of donations Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment Grow Your Career at Goodwill Starting at the donation door is just the beginning.
