Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic Communications Assistant to support customer outreach, promotional initiatives, brand representation, and sales activities. Responsibilities Assist with customer outreach and promotional communications. Engage with prospective customers and provide information about products and services. Present product and service benefits clearly and professionally. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Assist with promotional events, community outreach, and marketing initiatives. Build positive relationships with customers and prospective clients. Follow up with leads and customer inquiries. Assist with promotional materials and communication resources. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities. Collaborate with marketing and sales team members to achieve business goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, confident, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person and by phone. Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities. Goal-oriented and eager to learn. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in communications, sales, marketing, customer service, retail, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
