Orthopedic Surgery NP/PA Opportunity – Eastern Oregon

About the Position

An established, independent, community-owned healthcare system in Eastern Oregon is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its thriving Orthopedics & Sports Medicine team.

ABSOLUTELY NO NEW GRADS – candidates must have prior orthopedic, surgical, or relevant APP experience.

This is an outstanding opportunity to practice alongside a collaborative team of three orthopedic surgeons and two experienced advanced practice providers serving a regional population of approximately 35,000 . Position Highlights:

• Outpatient Orthopedic & Sports Medicine practice
• Monday–Friday clinic
• Four 10-hour workdays each week
• Work with a highly supportive team of orthopedic surgeons and APPs
• 1:1 dedicated clinical support staff
• Clinic conveniently located adjacent to the hospital
• On-site digital X-ray services
• EPIC electronic medical record
• Excellent work-life balance and schedule flexibility
• Strong referral base and established patient volume

The hospital recently completed a 96,000-square-foot expansion , featuring:

• 5 new state-of-the-art operating rooms
• 2 endoscopy suites (convertible into additional ORs)
• 15 pre/post-operative patient rooms
• 7-bed PACU
• Modern surgical and outpatient facilities

This independent healthcare system also serves as a Level IV Trauma Center and is widely recognized for delivering comprehensive specialty care while maintaining the personalized feel of a community hospital.
