A seasonal retail company in Florida seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown of the store. Responsibilities include ensuring maximum sales by maintaining guest services, developing staff, and controlling expenses. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, flexible with scheduling and physically capable of meeting the demands of the role, including standing for long hours and lifting up to 50 pounds.
