We’re hiring an experienced housekeeper for our waterfront boutique hotel in the Las Olas area of Fort Lauderdale.

Our property offers guest rooms and apartment-style accommodations for short-term stays, including bookings through Airbnb. We’re looking for someone dependable who takes pride in keeping spaces spotless and ready for each guest.

Pay & Schedule

• $22 per hour.

• Full-time, year-round employment.

• Regular schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

• Occasional weekend shifts may be needed.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and apartments between stays.

• Make beds and replace linens and towels.

• Thoroughly clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas.

• Restock toiletries and guest supplies.

• Follow cleaning checklists and check that each space is guest-ready.

• Report maintenance issues, damage, or missing supplies.

What We’re Looking For

• At least one year of professional housekeeping experience in a hotel, Airbnb, or vacation rental.

• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with guest turnovers.

• Ability to work independently and complete cleaning within scheduled time frames.

• Reliable transportation to work.

• Availability for occasional weekend shifts.

• A positive attitude and dependable attendance.

English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
