What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, respecting diversity and privacy
Use the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and delegate tasks appropriately
Educate patients and their families on post-care and health management
Ensure timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
Promote a safe and clean environment, adhering to hospital policies
Adapt nursing behaviors and communication styles based on patient needs

What You Need

Required:

Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS, ACLS, CPI (blue card)
Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
Proficiency in EPIC documentation and effective communication skills

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in nursing
Certifications in clinical specialty areas
