Senior Accountant

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for a direct hire opportunity in Tucson, AZ. This role is ideal for a mature, detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working closely with executive leadership and contributing to the financial health and growth of an organization. The Senior Accountant will partner with the Controller, CFO, General Manager, and operations leadership to support monthly financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting, KPI analysis, and accounting process improvement. The right candidate will bring strong financial accounting experience, excellent organizational skills, advanced Excel capability, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Assist the Controller with timely preparation of monthly financial statements and related reporting requirements. Reconcile company balance sheets, prepare month‑end adjusting entries, and maintain organized supporting documentation. Support budgeting activities by collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data and recommending plans. Collaborate with department managers to ensure accounting guidelines are followed and financial needs are supported. Analyze and report financial information and company KPIs, including operational data from Service Titan. Help develop accounting policies, procedures, and internal processes while ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and established accounting principles.
