As a Sales Associate , you'll be at the heart of delivering an exceptional client experience, making every shopping moment memorable. You'll build strong relationships with customers, curate personalized styling experiences, and bring fashion to life through your passion and expertise. What You'll Do:

Client Experience & Styling

• Create a welcoming, elevated shopping experience with expert fashion advice.

• Style clients with personalized wardrobe selections and full-range product recommendations.

Client Relationships & Loyalty

• Build and maintain a client book, fostering long-term relationships.

• Encourage repeat visits through personalized follow-ups and exclusive offers.

Brand Education & Engagement

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Support daily operations, including visual merchandising and floor maintenance.

Who You Are:

• 1+ years of customer service or retail experience, preferably in a fashion-forward environment.

• Social media savvy (a plus, but not required).
