Our growing Farmers Insurance agency is looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build a rewarding career. As an Insurance Producer, youll help customers find the right coverage while building relationships in your community. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys conversations, problem-solving, and helping others make informed decisions. Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required we provide training and support to help you succeed. If you're looking for a stable career with income potential and long-term growth opportunities, this could be a great opportunity. What Youll Do:
- Connect with new and existing customers to discuss their insurance needs
- Help customers understand coverage options and recommend solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with prospects and referrals
- Support the agencys growth by generating new business
- Participate in training and professional development
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable talking with customers
- Organized and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Property & Casualty license
- Experience in sales, retail, banking, or customer service
- Base pay plus commission opportunities
- Training and support to help you succeed
