Position Details Location: Woodbridge, VA. Position: Part‑Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Behavioral Health. Schedule: Fridays and Saturdays, 11 pm to 11 am. Compensation: $30.00–$35.00 per hour and $5 000 sign‑on and retention bonus for new PT hires. Your Role in Our Mission Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co‑occurring behavioral health needs. Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical protocols. Conduct nursing assessments. Educate and empower individuals regarding their mental and physical health. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, person‑centered care. Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all nursing services and observations. What We’re Looking For Licensure: Current valid, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse in Virginia. Knowledge: Experience with MH and I/DD systems of care (preferred). Skills: Strong communication and documentation. Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services (preferred).
