Seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with strong clinical skills to support students in a vibrant school environment. This contract opportunity will have you working directly with learners and collaborating with a committed educational team to provide vital speech and language services.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina SLP License required
• South Carolina Department of Education (DOE) Certification on hand
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Comfortable providing onsite services; open to virtual/VOCO arrangements if needed
• Excellent communication and organization skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support each student’s progress
• Conduct assessments, document findings, and maintain accurate records
• Develop, implement, and update treatment plans and goals
• Participate in eligibility meetings, case conferences, and team consultations
• Foster positive, supportive relationships with students to encourage development
• Adhere to all district, state, and professional guidelines
