Dietary Aide

Our St. Cloud Carefree Living community is looking for a compassionate and dependable Part Time Dietary Aide to join our growing and established Assisted Living team. SCHEDULE: Part time position Weekday shifts: 3:30pm-6:30pm Every other weekend: 6:30am-2:00pm

SALARY: Starting at $14.50/hour

DUTIES:

Serve meals to residents and staff while providing excellent customer service
Assist with meal preparation, dining room setup, and beverage service
Clean kitchen and dining areas following meals
Wash dishes, empty trash, and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and dining spaces
Support a safe, clean, and welcoming dining experience for residents
Follow food safety and infection control procedures at all times
Complete additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Follow infection control procedures, including proper hand washing techniques
Excellent communication skills with internal and external contacts
Ability to perform the physical demands of the position
Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
Must be dependable, team-oriented, and resident-focused
