Commercial Account Executive – Outside Sales

All Dry Services of Connecticut Fairfield County, CT and bordering communities in New Haven County $70,000–$80,000 Base Salary + 4% Commission | $95,000+ Expected First-Year OTE Company Vehicle + Full Benefits

They oversee multiple buildings. Those buildings have pipes, roofs, appliances, and tenants. Something fails, somewhere, more often than anyone would like.

Now do the math on an insurance adjuster, a plumber, or a facilities director. Each one is in a position to send restoration work repeatedly, not once.

Who Sends the Work

All Dry Services of Connecticut is a growing, multi-location disaster restoration company. Your territory is Fairfield County and bordering communities in New Haven County, and your job is to become a trusted resource for:

● Property Managers

● Facility Managers

● Insurance Agents & Adjusters

● Plumbers

● Mechanical & HVAC Contractors

● Commercial Property Owners

● General Contractors

Winning one of these accounts isn't a single sale. It's the start of a source.

What a Week Looks Like

● Walking into businesses and introducing yourself to decision-makers

● Sitting down face-to-face with property managers, adjusters, and contractors

● Running discovery conversations to understand how each partner handles losses

● Showing up at local industry and networking events

● Following up with prospects and active partners on a steady schedule

● Tracking every opportunity in CRM

● Handing off to operations when a referral becomes an active project

There's real support behind you: CRM, marketing, sales leadership, and an operations team. But nobody is going to send the phone calls to you. You'll need to go find the relationships.

How We'll Know It's Working

● A growing list of active referral partners

● Steady weekly meetings with qualified prospects

● Partners who send work more than once

● A clean, current pipeline in CRM

● Progress toward the $95,000+ expected first-year OTE

Requirements

Who Does Well Here

● Proven outside sales or business development experience

● Comfortable walking in cold and starting a conversation

● Thinks in terms of account value and repeat business, not just this month's close

● Organized and consistent about follow-up and pipeline management

● Coachable and willing to work within a defined process

Restoration industry experience is not required. If you can find the right people and keep earning their trust, we can teach the rest.
