A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any Teams interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of interview to validate candidate.Project Business Analyst Level 5 Position DescriptionThe BA resource would work directly with the Department of Education’s (MDE) Office of Educator Excellence (OEE) in leading the coordination of business efforts to create Use Cases for the modernization of the current Educator Certification system. Duties would include coordinating meetings between Subject Matter Experts and Product Owners, creation of business process flows, and creation of the actual Use Cases. Actual requirements and User Stories would be created by a separate Business Analyst working in this position.Hybrid work schedule:Candidates will be in the office 2 days a week (Wednesday and Thursday) and work remotely 3 days a week.Required / DesiredExposure to Complex IT web Applications, within the past 10 yearsExperience in a role, as a business analyst, supporting a software development project, in the past 10 yearsAbility to lead meetings, communicate at a level appropriate to the audience, make oral and written reports and presentationsExperience in a professional office environmentProficiency with MS Office and VisioExperience working as a liaison between the development team and project manager or business client in a software development projectProject management skills and knowledge in project management and related methodologiesKnowledge and understanding of education data standard and business domain
