- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum six years of training, outreach, or healthcare consulting experience.
- Minimum of three years of leadership experience.
- Experience working with business processes and associated information technology applications.
- Experience working with application delivery, management structures, and reporting procedures.
