The position involves collaborating with healthcare teams to create care plans. Candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills. They must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The dress code requires solid colors matching top and bottom, or solid top with black bottom. Experience with electronic medical records is preferred. This role does not require floating to other units. No previous candidates from related positions will be considered for rehire.
