Job Details Specialty: Oncology Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Requirements Active RN License Degree from an accredited nursing program BLS & ACLS Certifications At least eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Oncology setting Other requirements to be determined by client facility Responsibilities The Oncology RN will care for critically or chronically ill cancer patients, administer chemotherapy, implement new methods of symptom treatment, and monitor patients' progress. The role includes: Providing care for cancer patients throughout all stages of their conditions, focusing on the acute phase. Assisting patients ranging from post‑surgical to near‑terminal in managing their disease and treatment effectively, including chemotherapy administration. Educating cancer patients about treatment options, procedures, and particularities of the disease.
