Be a part of the best night team in the quick service industry. The late night crew receives premium wages, stays 1 hour after the restaurant closes, works in a team environment, greets each guest with a smile and a warm welcome, and is able to multi-task. Prepare each customer's order with quality, quick service, and in a clean environment.
What You Can Expect
Crew referral program - any existing crew person gets $50 if they refer someone who averages 20 hours/week and stays for 90 days. After 5 years of service, crew member receives an extra week's pay on their anniversary date. Medical insurance available after 90 days. Flexible hours. Free employee meals up to $5 per shift. 401K with company match up to a certain %.
What We Expect From You
Most late night shifts need to be able to work until midnight or later, some stores are open until 1am. A positive attitude, friendliness, a customer first focus, reliability, and a willingness to learn are required.
