Join Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence, achieve personal goals, and live meaningful lives. As a DSP in our Day Services program, you'll provide encouragement, guidance, and hands-on support while empowering people we support to make choices, explore their interests, and participate fully in their community. No two days are the same. You may help someone learn a new skill, build confidence in social settings, enjoy recreational activities, or achieve an important personal milestone. You'll play an important role in creating a positive and supportive environment by assisting with daily living needs, promoting health and safety, and encouraging community involvement. Pay Rate: $17.92-$18.67 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM 37.5 hours per week; occasional evenings or weekends as needed Location: Oswego County (Fulton, NY) Direct Support Professional Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required Minimally one-year experience working with people with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or related field is preferred.
