Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to read and follow production instructions and safety procedures Basic math and communication skills required Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred Experience working in food manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift Experience working in fast-paced production environments preferred Preferred Qualifications Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to safety and quality standards Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive tasks Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed to support production demands Physical Capabilities Ability to frequently lift, carry, and move heavy bags of ingredients Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment Ability to meet the physical requirements of continuous material handling and production support

Job Duties Load spice ingredients and raw materials into industrial mixers according to production specifications Safely lift, transport, and position bags of ingredients for processing Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures Monitor material flow to support efficient production operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with material handling, production support, and general labor duties as assigned Work effectively with team members to achieve daily production goals Support quality, food safety, and workplace safety initiatives Perform additional production and warehouse tasks as needed
