We are looking for a Technical Content Developer for the Product Specialist and Technical Enablement Team. If you have a background in technical enablement—such as a Technical Sales Engineer, Technical Marketing Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, or Technical Support Engineer—you can grow into a role that creates content enabling our customers to learn about our products. Responsibilities: Create technical guidance to be published on our premier technical enablement platform, TechZone. Deliver technical enablement content to both internal and external audiences. Travel to present to customers and deliver technical enablement when necessary. What will you bring to Omnissa? Technical Expertise : Hands‑on experience with IT tools, including hypervisor and cloud‑based infrastructure platforms, Windows and Linux operating systems. Knowledge with VDI solutions such as Omnissa Horizon, Citrix, or Azure Virtual Desktop is preferred but optional. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to learn and explain new technologies to others. Communication Skills : Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences and write documents that clearly explain complex technical concepts. Customer‑Focused : Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers. Experience : 3‑5+ years of relevant experience in VDI solutions, product management, or technical marketing in the end‑user computing software industry. Location & Travel Atlanta, GA or Remote. Hybrid or Remote. Travel 10–20%. Education Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. Compensation The typical base salary for this role is between USD 147,975.00 – 246,625.00 per year and may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program.
