Additional Information About the Position for Qualified Candidates Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Up to 80 hours of front-loaded Paid Time Off Up to $3,000 Relocation bonus Clinical Ladder up to $5,000 Job Summary Speech-language pathologists assess, diagnose, treat, and help to prevent communication and swallowing disorders in patients. Develop or implement treatment plans for problems such as stuttering, delayed language, swallowing disorders, or inappropriate pitch or harsh voice problems, based on own assessments and recommendations of physicians, psychologists, or social workers. Job Requirements Education Required: Graduate of a Speech Pathology Program Preferred: Masters or Doctorate from an accredited Speech Pathology Program Experience Preferred: 1 year experience Skills Good clinical expertise, communication skills, human relations skills and organizational skills required Self-motivated individual who can work independently with little direct supervision required Has demonstrated interest in professional growth by attendance at continuing education workshops, and applications of new principles and/or techniques.
