Remote Bilingual Inbound Support Specialist
OneTouch Direct
OneTouch Direct is seeking a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative. You will assist a diverse customer base in English and another language, handling calls and emails with a focus on timely solutions and a positive experience.
The role requires 6+ months in a call center, English proficiency (B2+–C1), and Bogotá residence. Training occurs onsite at Connecta 80 for 1 week; then remote operations with an indefinite contract.
