Medical Director of Emergency Medicine | 475K+ Year 1 | Central Minnesota (MN)

Join a well-established Emergency Medicine team north of Minneapolis as their ED Medical Director. This role blends clinical leadership with hands-on patient care in a welcoming, rural Emergency Department. You will lead an experienced team of Emergency Medicine APPs, foster a patient-centered culture, and help deliver compassionate, efficient care to patients of all ages.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in an Emergency Medicine setting. Family Medicine trained physicians with ED experience also welcome to apply.

Details:
• Lead the Emergency Department, evaluating and treating medical and trauma patients while supporting the team of experienced physician assistants
• Level IV trauma center
• 10 or 12 hour shifts
• Zero call
• Daily census of ED is 25 patients
• Dayshift- 4 or 5 day work week

Compensation:
• Salary: $345K+ (based upon experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $75K+
• PTO: 26 days per year
