Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of care
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and ensure positive outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas (permanent license required; compact license alone is not sufficient for this assignment)
• Prior experience working in an outpatient or comparable physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and compliance requirements prior to assignment start
• Strong documentation skills and ability to adhere to facility documentation protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation treatment approaches
