About The Role Part‑time (Fridays and weekends); potential to be full‑time if including additional evenings. Physical Therapists are responsible for supporting patient care and clinic success by: Synthesizing information from referrals, medical records, imaging, intake forms, and patient history. Diagnosing movement dysfunction via functional movement, posture and gait analysis, pelvic floor examinations, and objective measurements. Using critical thinking to develop individualized plans of care that include patient goals and expected outcomes. Utilizing evidence‑based interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, biofeedback and other modalities to achieve outcomes. Evaluating and documenting progress, using outcomes to drive results and modify the plan as needed. Educating patients about recovery expectations and coping strategies. Following up to ensure adherence to the plan of care. Connecting with providers and local organizations to increase awareness of therapies and broaden access. Providing clinical instruction of at least one student rotation per year after the first year in your specialty area. Other tasks as assigned. What You’ll Achieve Serve as many patients as possible with high‑quality care. Facilitate meaningful outcomes through collaboration with PTs and other providers. About You Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida (recent grads welcome). Interest in women’s health, pelvic floor physical therapy (a must).
