General Manager Metals Industry

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven General Manager to lead operations at a metal forming facility in Bow, NH. This role requires a confident leader with experience in the metals industry (required) who can evaluate current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and take ownership of implementing meaningful change.

This individual will be both strategic and tactical -someone who is comfortable working on the production floor, coaching teams, and driving operational excellence while fostering a positive and accountable culture.

The General Manager will report directly to executive leadership and play a critical role in shaping business performance and team development.

Location: Bow, NH

Full-Time | First Shift

Salary: $97K - $132K

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily plant operations and production schedules
• Evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and performance
• Lead, train, and develop employees across the operation
• Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Work hands-on on the production floor and lead by example
• Partner with leadership to support business goals and profitability

What We're Looking For

• Required: roll forming or similar metal bending/forming machinery experience
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and building strong teams
• 5+ years of manufacturing/plant leadership experience
• Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement change
• Strong leadership presence and decision-making skills
• Hands-on, "roll up your sleeves" mindset
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and building strong teams
