Overview:

An IT Project Manager Level III is a senior-level position responsible for the overall management and successful delivery of large-scale, complex information technology projects. An IT Project Manager III is an experienced professional who manages complex IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. They lead project teams, manage resources, and communicate with stakeholders. This level typically handles projects with high risk, complexity, and significant impact on the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead/support the planning, coordination and delivery of enterprise cloud applications.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams, government stakeholders, and business users.
• Develop project documentation, including schedules, requirements, deliverables, and progress reports.
• Track milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of all project components.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and system optimization.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and documentation to meet compliance and performance requirements.
• Facilitate meetings, status updates, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices, government standards, and contractual requirements.

Requirements:

• PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Extensive experience in project management, business analysis, or systems implementation.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid project management environments.
• Demonstrated experience working with HHS agencies (e.g., FDA, NIH, CMS, HRSA, CDC) or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory processes, and data management.
• Bachelor s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar) and collaboration platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (required for government contract eligibility).
• Ability to pass a federal background investigation

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, CSM, or other recognized project management certification.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Experience in implementing AI/ML based solutions.
