Position Summary The Restorative Aide works in harmony with the nursing staff, ensuring that patients get the extra care and service assistance they need to improve their strength, mobility, and overall wellness. Wage Commensuration The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Duties & Responsibilities Provide routine service that support the skilled nursing care delivered to patients and residents requiring rehabilitative or restorative care that serve to increase strength and mobility. Perform standard care duties of a Certified Nursing Assistant.
