This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and patient-centered care to produce optimal diagnostic images while considering individual patient needs. This is a Full-Time Day Shift opportunity at Hood River Memorial Hospital.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform screening and diagnostic mammography proceduresUtilize appropriate imaging factors and techniques for optimal image qualityEnsure patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the procedureOperate sophisticated mammography equipment and maintain quality standardsMaintain compliance with state, federal, and accreditation requirementsAccurately document imaging procedures and patient informationCollaborate with radiologists and healthcare team membersRequired QualificationsEducation meeting certification/licensure requirementsOregon Radiographer License (Upon Hire)BLS Certification – American Heart Association (Upon Hire)ARRT Registered Technologist – Radiography (R)(ARRT) Upon HireARRT Registered Technologist – Mammography (M)(ARRT) within 6 months of hire
