CT Technologist Grapevine, TX Specialty: CT Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $2776 - $3345 | Shift: 4x10 NOC Are you a skilled CT Technologist looking for your next travel adventure? As a CT Technologist, you will perform high-quality computed tomography procedures, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients while adhering to established protocols. Your role is crucial in diagnosing diseases and injuries, and you will work under the general supervision of a Radiologist. Your ability to maintain equipment, follow safety protocols, and communicate effectively with patients and their families will be key to your success.
- Perform CT procedures according to exam protocols
- Maintain production and quality standards
- Understand and monitor radiation dose levels
- Use iSTAT point of care testing for creatinine levels
- Communicate effectively with patients using AIDET
- Prepare patients and equipment for procedures
- Adhere to safety and infection-control protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and operational capabilities of equipment
- Ensure documentation and imaging records are accurate and timely
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- BLS (AHA Only) and ARRT (CT) certifications required
