Retail Store ManagerWe are seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the sale of Wireless Devices, Accessories, and Service Plans in a retail setting in partnership with Cricket Wireless to drive company revenue. We offer Full Benefits, Commissions, and opportunities for Bonuses!Responsibilities:Supervise / Join a team of retail sales workersAdjust/adhere to a daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiencyTrack monthly results and trends for business forecastingResolve customer complaints/ issuesTrain teamMaintain sales goalsMarketingInventoryMotivate teamQualifications:Ability to self-start and maintain motivationStrong leadership qualitiesPositive and Energetic attitudePay: $40,000 - $50,000Job Type: Full-timeShift:8 hour shiftDay shiftEvening shiftMorning shiftWeekly day range:WeeklyWeekendsLanguage:Bilingual (Spanish Preferred)Work Location: In person
