Housekeeper PositionMaui Resort Rentals is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeper to support the daily operations of our vacation rental properties. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience through cleanliness, responsiveness, and teamwork. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, takes pride in a job well done, and enjoys working in a dynamic hospitality environment.DutiesAs Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the following duties:Execute daily cleans and assigned tasks on time while meeting quality standards and expectations of the company.Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and Guest Experience teams to address and fulfill guest needs.Perform various types of cleaning tasks as assigned, including:Departure Cleanings – Thorough cleans between guest staysTidy Service – Mid-stay refreshes and general tidyingTowel/Linen Refreshes – Restocking and changing of towels and linensDeep Cleans – Periodic intensive cleanings of propertiesReport maintenance issues using proprietary company appCommunicate with Engineers and Houseman to ensure all guest and owner needs are met.Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure it's tidied before the end of each shift.Skills & CompetenciesThe following skills & competencies will be required as Housekeeper:Efficiently prioritize tasks and complete work within scheduled timeframes while maintaining company standardsKnowledge of cleaning techniques and methods for cleaning various materialsSafe handling of cleaning products and materialsDetail orientated and thoroughComfortable working independently and as part of a teamAble to perform consistent work to the highest of standardsPhysical RequirementsAble to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum weight of approximately 25lbsAble to stand for long periods of timeAble to kneel, bend and crawlAble to squat and crouchAble to tolerate exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals
