Job Description As a part‑time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, adopting a friends first mindset. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy. Assist teammates and contribute to teamwork. Adhere to AEO’s policies & procedures with integrity. Qualifications Love interacting with people. Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Pay and Benefits Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
