Mentors, serves as a resource, and provides support for staff and faculty on clinical nursing issues while meeting the department, nursing, and organization goals. Oversees clinical care performed by assigned nursing staff.**Job Title:** Assistant Patient Care Manager **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other related field of study* Alternatively, Associate's degree with BSN in process, to be completed within University program guidelines, not to exceed four (4) years from date of hire.**Preferred Education:** Master's Degree in Nursing**Required Licensure:** Registered Nurse (RN), Basic Life Support (BLS)**Required Experience:** Minimum three (3) years nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting* Demonstrated leadership experience preferred* Oncology experience preferred**Skills/Training Required:** Strong computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Advanced nursing skills; IV therapy, intervention with emergencies, teaching skills. Demonstrated competency in in-patient and out-patient best practices including patient care, technology, and processes**Salary Range**$98,342.40 - $150,030.40*Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role.
