ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

Our agency opened in 2012 and continues to grow, with a strong focus on building a high-energy, relationship-driven team. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in sponsorship sales for MLB teams and managed a concert venue, bringing a unique, people-focused and sales-driven background into the business. I attended Ball State and am a proud parent of two sons who both play college baseball. Outside of work, I stay closely connected to the community through local high schools, sports leagues, food drives, and holiday meal initiatives. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Beau Bradle - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
