Location Zip Code: 19020-5813 Job Family Service Professional Salary & Benefits Hourly rate: $18.25 - $21.25 Uncapped customer upgrade and referral bonuses Annual incentive trip Company iPhone provided Company vehicle (can be taken home nightly), company gas card, and savings from vehicle use Ability to make overtime Paid training Group Health, Dental, and Vision plans Pet insurance, life insurance, and EAP benefits 401(k) with employer match up to 4% Paid holidays and paid time off Opportunity for advancement Upbeat and exciting company culture Responsibilities Run a daily route, resolving customer pest concerns and issues Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order Keep accurate records of treatments provided Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws Serve as subject matter expert for customers, implementing efficient pest solutions tailored to each need Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures Advise customers of potential problems Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in use Carry a product backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs Work schedule includes every other Saturday Qualifications Great career opportunity with no experience necessary; paid training provided Valid US driver’s license (minimum 3 years) Clean driving record: no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two moving violations in the past four years Drug test and background check required for all new hires Equal Employment Opportunity Aptive is an equal opportunity employer.
