Full-Time Day Shift Nurse
6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- RN or LPN
- 12-hour shifts
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
- +$2.00/hour Weekend Differential
Competitive Nurse Pay
- Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00-34.00/hour
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $28.00-30.00/hour
Plus:
- +$0.10/hour for each year of verified nursing experience, up to 20 years
- +$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential
- +$2.00/hour Weekend Differential
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible full-time nurses, paid over one year
- Annual performance evaluation with the potential for a pay increase

What You'll Do
As an RN or LPN at Fairview, you'll work alongside our nursing team to provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.
- Administer medications and treatments
- Assess residents and monitor changes in condition
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
- Supervise and support CNAs
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety
What We're Looking For
- Current Illinois RN or LPN license
- Dependable and compassionate
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Team-oriented attitude
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Commitment to excellent resident care
