What You'll Do Build accurate pricing quotes for flooring projects based on information provided by customers and pricing representatives Perform square foot, linear foot, and square yard calculations to support accurate project pricing Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer emails through a shared Outlook inbox Verify cost and sell pricing using multiple internal systems Update product and pricing information in Quotewerks as needed Communicate with customers and pricing reps to gather necessary project details Partner with all Spartan Surfaces departments to ensure an excellent customer experience from project start to finish Work overtime when needed to support team coverage or business needs What We're Looking For Availability to work on-site Monday-Friday from 8:00-5:00 PM in our Bel Air, MD office Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required Strong customer service skills and professional communication via phone and email Ability to perform basic math calculations (square feet, linear feet, square yards) Comfortable working in a team environment and managing a shared inbox Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously Experience with Dancik, Zoho, or Quotewerks a plus but not required Summary At Spartan Surfaces, our Quotes Team plays a vital role in keeping customer projects moving.
