SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver a warm, genuine, and memorable welcome to every guest, embodying Southern hospitality with a touch of Dolly-inspired charm, humility, and personality Oversee dailyHousekeepingoperations ensuring all linens, uniforms, and guest items meet luxury cleanliness and presentation standards Trainnew team members, and motivate team members to deliver consistent, high-quality results. Empower the team to go above and beyond, respond to guest feedback with grace, and always find a way to add that extra sparkle. Inspect VIP guestrooms and guest rooms beforearrivalidentifyingany cleanliness andmaintenanceissues to resolvein a timely manner. Inspect all suites daily to ensure cleanliness standardsandcondition. Verifyroomsproperset up and locations of items with correct number ofmaterials. Ensure Housekeepingcarts,closets, and service areas are stocked appropriately and according to the hotel standard. Conduct spot checks of the public areastomaintainoverall standards. Assistin trackingand reporting of all property goals to manage trends. Prioritize rooms properly according to VIPs, arrivals,departures, room types, and anystrategies asdirected byleadership. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Monitor productivity and efficiency to meet hotelstandards Maintain organized, clean, and safe facilities Foster a positive team culture aligned with the hotel’s values of care, pride, and hospitality Uphold luxury service standards and brand voice, ensuring every interaction feels personal—not transactional Deliver a consistent, high-quality presentation of rooms including linens, amenities, and cleanliness Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover during high occupancy Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards Represent the hotel’s culture of kindness, pride, and attention to detail in every room serviced Maintain highstandards at all times while on property.Including,full uniform,welcoming demeanor, nopersonal devices atanytime,food/beverage,and any other items as directed by senior leadership. Collaborate withall hotel team members to ensureabove and beyondservice in all areas. Willing toutilizeoperational systems such as Opera Cloud*,Chargerback,HotSoSand other hotel systems tooptimizeperformance, andmaintainoperational transparency. QUALIFICATIONS

Previousexperience in housekeepingoperationsrequired Strongwork ethic withself motivatingskills Excellent attention to detail and quality standards Ability andwillingto clean roomswhen needed Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling 25–50lbs Ability to multitask and manage workflow in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesPhysical ability to stand forlong periodsand handle laundry loads Understanding of safety and sanitation regulations Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
