We are hiring for RN / Registered Nurse / ACTT Nurse Type Regular Positive and personable individuals are invited to join our team at RHA Health Services to provide integrated crisis response, crisis stabilization interventions, and crisis prevention activities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges. The position may involve oversight and general nursing care in the community and requires education, skill, and judgment to provide quality services with limited direction. RHA’s Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) An integrated support service to patients with serious behavioral health needs. The team promotes rehabilitation and independence by teaching coping skills and engaging patients in daily routines and healthy social interactions, leading to reduced crisis situations. Job Responsibilities Follow the supports and services outlined in the recipient’s Crisis Plan, part of the person‑centered plan. Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team, attend Person Centered Plan meetings, and develop plans as requested. Monitor consumers and take appropriate action for side effects and adverse reactions to medications. Assist team members with assessing learning needs of consumers and carry out teaching as indicated. Requirements Active RN license; Bachelor of Nursing preferred. Prefer one year of nursing experience. Experience in behavioral health nursing preferred. Valid driver’s license (condition of employment) including personal vehicle insurance coverage. Maintain proficiency in company‑sponsored training, certifications, and privileging if required. Pre‑employment Screening Complete criminal background check. Name checked in OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Drug testing. Education verification and other credentialing per position requirements. Proof of employment history or references if required.
